Arugula and Chicory Micros

Arugula has a peppery bite with a sharper, tangy flavor.
Chicory is in the dandelion family. It has a slightly bitter flavor.
The two together is a nice flavor mix.

Three Varieties:
Aztalan (Organic Guatemalan) is a medium roast.
Knickerboker (Costa Rican) is a medium plus roast.
Sandy Beach (Sumatra) is a medium to dark roast.
